What's the difference between tiers, in plain English?
Starter handles the bench: tickets, parts, customers, SMS. Shop adds the front counter — POS sales, card reads, OEM warranty paperwork, winter storage. Pro is for shops that need books that match QuickBooks line-by-line and the dealer paperwork stack.
How is this billed?
Pick a tier, then add teammates. The base tier price covers the owner; each additional teammate is $25/month (or $250/year). Up to 25 seats per shop.
Is my credit card required to start the trial?
No. Sign up with your email, use the app for 14 days, then decide. We'll remind you before the trial ends.
Can I switch tiers later?
Anytime, both directions. We pro-rate on your next invoice. No phone call required.
What does payment processing cost?
2.6% + $0.10 per card swipe or tap, 0.8% on ACH. Same as Square. We don't mark it up.
How much does annual save?
About 17% — twelve months at the price of ten. Annual lock-in available after the first month so you can be sure it's a fit.
