Is my credit card required to start the trial?
No. Sign up with your email, use the app for 14 days, then decide. We’ll remind you before the trial ends.
What does payment processing cost?
2.6% + $0.10 per card swipe or tap, 0.8% on ACH. Same as Square. We don’t mark it up.
Do you charge extra per tech?
Not on the Shop or Pro tiers. Starter includes one user because it’s for solo operators.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Pro-rated on your next invoice. No phone call required.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Annual plans include two months free if you want to lock it in later.
Do you offer a discount for multi-shop operations?
Multi-location support is on the roadmap. For now, call us — we’ll work something out.
